StopCharge · run by Mbio Team

The cancel button is never where the signup button was.

Each page is the official path out, the fee they hope you miss, and a direct link. Fight-back tools sit under that — they do not replace the cancel button.

Amazon Prime

Web + app · no cancel fee · refund window is short

Account → Prime membership → End membership. Several are-you-sure screens after that.

Adobe Creative Cloud

account.adobe.com/plans · annual plans have a fee after day 14

Manage plan → Cancel your plan. If you bought through Apple or Google, cancel there instead.

Anything billed by Apple

iPhone Settings, not the app itself

Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The app that charged you usually cannot cancel itself.

Anything billed by Google Play

play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Same rule: the app is the wrong door.

They charged you anyway

Cancel first. Screenshot everything. Then demand a refund in writing. A chargeback is last.

Stop the next charge

Lock a virtual card to that merchant and freeze it. Privacy.com is US-only. Elsewhere: Revolut disposable / virtual cards, Wise virtual cards where offered, or your bank’s virtual-card feature.

AI / LLM plans

Chatbots rarely own the cancel button. Apple, Play, or the vendor billing page does. File an AI bill complaint.
