On the phone
- Open the Play Store.
- Tap your profile photo.
- Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Open the service → Cancel subscription.
On the web
Sign in at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
The trap: some apps show a fake cancel that only emails support. If the charge is on your Google statement, only this list ends it. Pause is not cancel.
