If you bought from Adobe
- Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
- On the plan, select Manage plan.
- Select Cancel your plan.
- If that button is missing, Adobe says a payment is still processing — wait 24 hours.
- Continue to cancel → pick a reason → Confirm cancellation.
- Check email and the same plans page. Each plan must be cancelled separately.
If you bought through Apple, Google, or Microsoft
Adobe cannot cancel it. Use Apple or Google Play.
The trap: Adobe terms: annual plan paid monthly can charge an early-termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract after 14 days. Month-to-month is cleaner. Apps keep working until the current paid period ends. A chargeback will not erase a fee the plan disclosed.
